Today, our investment strategy revolves around social housing investments, which we believe aligns with our long-term plan of sustainable investing. Together with our investment partners, we are building a portfolio of income-backed, government-secured assets. Our preference is for red brick terraced properties that require refurbishment, providing us with the opportunity to transform rundown properties into new homes for vulnerable members of our society.
