Tom is the Co-Founder of the Denton Property Group. With over a decade of experience in the property industry, he is involved with all aspects of the property investment process. His role involves the initial sourcing, appraising, and purchase process through to completion.

Tom has successfully delivered the acquisition of multiple units within the social housing sector, student co-living and private rental market.

Oli

Director

Oli is the Co-Founder of the Denton Property Group. As a Chartered Global Management Accountant his role encompasses Group Finance and Strategy but with specific responsibility for sourcing, assessment and monitoring of the Denton Property Group portfolio.

His experience working within a FTSE 100 telecoms company has proven useful when financially evaluating potential investments, providing extensive financial knowledge and support.

He has bungee jumped twice and next on his list is to do a sky dive.

John

Advisor

With 40 years of experience as a fully qualified Chartered Building Surveyor and a former fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE). John provides a range of consultancy advice and expertise to the company.

He has a wealth of knowledge in pre-acquisition refurbishment, development and life-cycle costs in the residential market.
