We have completed the renovation works on one of our student HMOs. Big thanks to the team who worked so hard on the property to get it all finished in under 4 weeks! We are really happy with the results and hopefully the new tenants will enjoy the new co-living spaces we have designed for them.

Kitchen/Dining area

• The kitchen was an area we needed to update, but with a limited budget, we decided to keep the existing units and just spray them in Downpipe grey.
• A light grey subway tile was fitted as a splashback, and we used a dark grey grouting to match the units. The flooring is a French Walnut vinyl that colour matches the rest of the downstairs floors.
• The seating area was decorated to match the units, and we fitted a glass pendant lantern above the dining table.

Basement Cinema

• We have turned the basement bedroom into a cinema room with a wall-mounted widescreen TV.
• The old cupboard space has been transformed into a snack bar with a built-in drinks fridge.
• Fitted new carpets in grey fleck and painted the TV wall in Downpipe grey.

Living Room

• The co-living area has been converted from a cramped, tired-looking space with an oversized table to a modern living room.
• We picked Downpipe grey for the feature wall and mounted the TV hiding the wires in the wall.
• The floors have been belt sanded and stained in a French Walnut varnish.

Bedrooms

• A feature wall was added to every bedroom with new beds fitted.
• The bedrooms with wooden floors have been sanded and stained in French Walnut varnish.
• The carpets we chose for the other rooms are a grey fleck colour. Every room has a wardrobe, set of drawers, desk and office chair.
