Our journey in property investment began almost a decade ago during our time as students at the University of Leeds. Through our experiences and interest in the local property market, we gained a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Moreover, our first-hand observation of varying rental property standards motivated us to make a difference and help vulnerable members of society by providing safe and secure homes.

 

To achieve our mission, we created an economically viable business model to attract investors and deliver the necessary resources. Our core activity is to establish an investment-grade property portfolio, comprising a mix of private rented sector, student and social housing units.
